I wish to commend ALS Moving, and especially the Operations Team led by Supervisor Andy, in an excellent display of professionalism, efficiency and friendliness in making our move to Discovery Bay so smooth and uneventful over the two days last week. Of the eight local and international moves we have had to endure over the past 30+ years, this has been one of the least stressful and least painful. It has been a delight to work with ALS Moving and while we don't anticipate another move any time soon, I am happy to recommend your company to anyone looking for a /careers company. I wanted to send a quick note to say how incredibly impressed we were with the team that moved us last week. Just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your kind help and service for our /careers. Your team (both admin and /careers) made our life much much much easier than expected. The /careers team (Michael's team) was fantastic that my family was really impressed with their professionalism and can-do spirit. They offered a lot of useful tips and tried their best to accommodate our needs and issues. Natalie had been a really great help in coordinating the move and logistic matters, she was responsible and thorough in walking us through the whole process. Lastly, thanks for Rai for her detailed explanation and calculation on our storage needs and things we needed to be aware of. We have received all the storage items, and although we still have to unpack a few of the boxes, I want to show our appreciation to every single person who participated in the pick up, delivery and organization of the job. Just a belated note to say a BIG thank you on behalf of Nadine and I for a terrific coordination and smooth /careers into our townhouse in Beijing. Highly professional team that did a great job in a very efficient way. Power failure did not prevent the assemblers to put together our master bedroom pieces in almost darkness ! Doreen, your presence and assistance were very valued as you really went the extra mile. Fortunately, electricity came back around 6 pm and we have had no power failure since fingers crossed) and believe it or not we managed to move the landlord's sofa down to the basement without any damage to wall. There was an angle but it needed some patience and determination...

Just want to have mentioned the crew of ALS Moving is EXCEPTIONAL. Foreman Michael is one of if not the best I have had in my total 17 moves of which 13 internationally. The crew very tidy and great work and packaging supplied ! More than satisfied ! Well documented, explained and just wonderful ! Thank you all so much ! Great experience... Makes life so much easier and better.

Thank you very much for the very professional and excellent service regarding my move from Mumbai to Shanghai. All the goods arrived safe and with no damage at all. Hi Tiger, thanks for that. And to everyone at ALS Moving, I just want to repeat my comments of yesterday. A move such as this can be stressful and also a little bit sad, given we are packing to leave somewhere we have enjoyed living for the last 2.5 years and /careers a long way away. But the organisation beforehand was excellent and helped us enormously through a difficult, bureaucratic process and Tiger and the packing team made sure the day itself went as smoothly as we could have hoped. All the team were very professional and friendly and made sure we were fully informed of progress all the time and the packing was excellent. You also even helped out with some translation with the air-conditioning engineer, which helped a lot (by the way, the air-conditioning is now working again). So, thanks for taking away a lot of the worry at quite a stressful time for us. We now sit in what seems like an empty apartment making our final preparations to leave. Thank you to everyone at ALS Moving.

In fact we needed to compliment the team that came out, especially led by Alex. The guys were super efficient, helpful and capable. Alex was a great help and really knew what he was doing. He is a can do person who was on top of everything but also very friendly and responsive to any request or question we had. We have moved countries several times and the team you sent has so far been our best experience to date.

A huge thank you for your professionalism with the assessment this afternoon. You have made us feel very reassured that we are in great hands. This is a significant hurdle to overcome when /careers so again, thank you.

Just wanted to let you know that the apartment packing went very smoothly. Mr. Zhu came early, and after showing him everything that needed packing he went to work. We were at just under 200 kg for the 13 boxes. He was very thorough, efficient, and spoke enough English that we communicate. He's been here before, so that helped in making everything go smoothly. Overall, 5 out of 5 rating.
